He was the Strategy Director of and Business Director of sgCarMart Connect which was sold to SPH for 60 million. He also served as a board of director at Conversion Hub Holdings.

Principal Consultant for clients including SingTel, Mindef, Philips, Prime Minister Office, Housing Development Board (HDB), MIT-SMART, Bayer HealthCare, Singapore Management University (SMU), National University of Singapore (NUS), National Heritage Board and many others.

He is also the digital advisor to DMAS (Direct Marketing Association Singapore) and Director of SgCarMart Connect and Conversion Hub Marketing.

He was ranked Top 5 in Asia Pacific PR of the Year 2006 (Weber Shandwick) and has also received ministerial mention on top of being featured in Business Times, Straits Times, Today and Lian He Zao Bao for various achievements.

Joel graduated with a Magna cum Laude in Business Management. He started his career in the World’s most admired company – General Electric as one of the 11 selected in South East Asia for its prestigious FMP Leadership Program.
